On Friday, January 6th, we’ll have our first Full Moon of 2023, and it’s in the sign of Cancer. I am getting the sense it’s going to be a potent time for tuning into how we want to feel this year, as well as to clear away the cobwebs of old emotions and outdated ways of thinking that no longer serve us.

I routinely and rhythmically tune in to acknowledge the cosmic experience we have of time passing. Whenever I use our cycles to hone in on my intentions, become present, and experience things as they are alongside how I want them to be, I find it to be the right combo of symbolism, power, and potency to move toward transformation.
